Gap analysis

Know where you really stand

Before any compliance project, we conduct an objective assessment of your current situation. Not to scare you, to build a realistic, prioritized plan.

  • Structured questionnaire

Interviews with business, IT and management stakeholders covering the 93 ISO 27001 controls and GDPR obligations.

  • Gap mapping

Clear visualization of compliant, partial and non-compliant areas with scoring per control and per domain.

  • Prioritized roadmap

Sequenced action plan over 3, 6 and 12 months with estimated effort, indicative cost and impact on residual risk level.

Focus

ISO 42001: The standard governing responsible AI

Published in December 2023, ISO 42001 is the first international standard for artificial intelligence management systems. It arrives as the European AI Act imposes new obligations on organizations using or developing AI systems.

AI system inventory and classification
Mapping of all your AI tools in use or development, classification by risk level (AI Act: minimal, limited, high, unacceptable) and use case documentation.
AI risk assessment
Identification of risks specific to each system: algorithmic bias, decision opacity, privacy infringement, reliability and security. Treatment plan and mitigation measures.
Governance and responsibilities
Definition of roles (AI Officer, AI committee), ethical use policies, pre-deployment validation procedures and human oversight mechanisms (HITL).
Transparency and explainability
Technical model documentation, explainability requirements for automated decisions (notably GDPR Art. 22), user and stakeholder information.

Why you are likely concerned

If your organization uses AI-based tools, even market SaaS solutions, you are potentially within the scope of the AI Act and ISO 42001.

  • You use ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools
  • You have scoring or recommendation algorithms
  • You automate HR, credit or access decisions
  • You develop AI features for your clients
  • Your clients or contractors are subject to the AI Act
  • You want to differentiate on ethical AI
AI Act timeline: High-risk AI systems must be compliant from August 2026. Anticipation is key.
Target sectors

Your sector has its own obligations

Regulatory requirements vary by industry. Our expertise covers the most exposed sectors.

Healthcare & social care
GDPR ISO 27001
Sensitive health data, mandatory HDS certification, access traceability. The highest GDPR fine in France (1.5 M€) targeted this sector.
Finance & insurance
GDPR ISO 27001
DORA, GDPR and ACPR/AMF requirements. Operational resilience and customer data protection are at the core of obligations.
Industry & OIV / OSE
GDPR ISO 27001
Operators of vital importance and essential services subject to NIS 2. Mandatory incident reporting, reinforced security measures.
IT services & software editors
GDPR ISO 27001
GDPR sub-processors for their clients, ISO 27001 certification increasingly required in tenders. ISO 42001 for publishers integrating AI.
E-commerce & retail
GDPR ISO 27001
Cookie consent, customer profiling, recommendation algorithms. Personalization AI falls under the AI Act if it influences significant decisions.
Education & HR
GDPR ISO 27001
Processing of minors' data (parental consent), AI recruitment tools classified as high-risk by the AI Act, subject to the most stringent requirements.
